Many people ask what it takes to be a Warrior at F3 Fitness and how to get their picture on the website? There are some prerequisites, but more than that it’s the attitude, the positive outlook on life and driving urge to constantly seek perfect health within the mind, body and spirit.  F3 Warriors, never give excuses and when faced with a workout that would drive the average person away, they embrace the challenge.  Warriors are of the belief that if you can survive what goes on behind the F3 Fitness doors, you can survive any and everything that life throws at you. The F3 Warriors go to battle with there comrades and pick those up who fall, never leaving anyone behind, never being jealous of others accomplishments, but celebrates the milestones that are reached, crossed and destroyed!  That is how you become a F3 Warrior.
