CLASS ACTION
Date: 2008-03-07The Classes F3 Fitness offers are High Performance classes that build strength, agility, dynamic range of motion, and vo2 max. Your cardio will improve, your fat burning furnace will be fired up, and the bottom line is results. All classes are set up for beginners to the advanced athlete. Since motivation is the most important thing that starts you on the road to being healthy and fit, the class atmosphere is perfect. When you see people performing, it motivates you to perform. All of the instructors at F3 Fitness are excellent teachers that will help guide you through some of the most effective workouts in the world.
F3 Fitness Classes:
Tabata Protocol- a great circuit workout based on the training formula that Dr. Izumi Tabata put together in 1992 that increases your anaerobic as well as your aerobic conditioning.
WPT (Warrior Protocol Training)- Wpt's are our flagship workouts at F3 Fitness. They are high performance, metabolic workouts that strings together a multitude of dynamic and synergistic movements and exercises in a series of circuits. This is a challenging class with very high rewards. Not only will you have a sense of accomplishment when you finish the class, but over time you will be rewarded with a functionally strong , dense, ripped physique, and the mental and physical stamina of an ancient Warrior.
Kettlebell 101- an introduction into the great world of kettlebell training. You will be taught basic and intermediate exercises. But don't think you will be able to slack (lol), though this class requires the least amount of intensity, you will walk away thinking, man, that was a good workout.
Kettlebell Advance- This is a high octane class using kettlebells. You will need to have a general knowledge of kettlebells and how to perform some of the basic moves like; the swing, clean, snatch, overhead squat, etc. If you have a good kettlebell base and you are ready to be put through a heart pumping, intense workout then "Kettlebell Advance" is for you.
MMA- due to the popularity of the UFC, Mixed Martial Arts has really taken off. This class will introduce you to MMA; you will learn submission fighting, striking, takedowns, etc. Over time you will see improvement in strength, agility, balance, and reaction speed. If you have always been curious about MMA, this is a great class to get your feet wet with.
Self Defense- A basic class working simple techniques in protecting yourself from attackers. Repetition is the key to perfecting defensive maneuvers that could save your life. Students are taught simple moves for various attacks and then drilled on them. In turn it builds confidence to help you not be the victim and increase your chance drastically for surviving a hostile attack.
TRX Suspension- This class uses combination synergistic, dynamic, static, isokinetic and some plyometric exercises to increase you in the areas of strength, stability, core, stamina and power through body weight training. It sounds difficult and complicated but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Suspension training is very simple and easy to master. This class is good for beginners, the advanced and everyone in-between. Intensity levels can be adjusted simply by moving back or forth pending the exercise. You will learn technique and then be put through supersets, and circuits to assure you get a great and effective workout.
Fusion- is a combination of the Tabata and W.P.T. classes. This class is not for the faint of heart...but really, what class is at F3?
