We Just Got Better

Management at F3 Fitness is happy and excited to announce the membership capabilities to the F3 Fitness website. When you become a site member you will get access to new videos that include a lot more exercise and workout instructions, as well as, complete workouts.  For instance if you are out of town, or for whatever reason you can’t make it into the gym, you can simply select one of the class videos and simply follow along. There will be new videos added to the site on a regular basis.

The second feature that is now possible on the site is blogging. The thing that separates F3 Fitness from the average gym is the great community of people we have and the tight bonds that are forged with the people who walk through the doors. As you all know forums are great for sharing information and staying connected with friends. The F3 Fitness forum is a great place to find out about personal training, classes, nutrition, current events, MMA, specific exercises, workouts, the things that keep people motivated, etc. If you are already part of the F3 Family this is great tool for us to keep connected.
